SOURCE: where is the fuel filter located on a 2010 kia soul

the fuel filter itself is attached to the fuel pump inside the fuel tank.

Low beam on driver side nit working 2010 kia soul

You need to replace the lamp as the low beam filament has broken. The lamp could be a double filament lamp, high & low. Or your car has separate lamps for each beam. Either way replace lamp.

While turning left my daughter's 2013 Kia Soul makes a clicking noise. Checked C,V and it is okay. Suspenion is okay. Nothing is loose or broken. Any ideas?

This is a classic CV joint noise, you say you checked it, you mean you pulled the joint out and looked at it for wear on the ball bearings and guides then?
