SOURCE: A popping noise when I hit a bump or hit the brakes

Sounds like you need new front struts since it sounds like it is coming from under your or towards the center of the car it most likely is either the driverside front strut or strut housing. I would take it to a certified safety mechanic asap. It might just be worn struts but it could be alot worse then that. Better safe then sorry.

The radio screws holding the radio are not tight enough. to eliminate this problem remove the radio and adjust the pressure screw in the rear of the radio so it comes out farther>. if the radio is not far enough in the compartment to push in that button the radio controls will not work

How to reset the navigation system?

reload your old navi disc or do this to access your secret navi window,,open the hidden menu it would be (making sure the car isn't on or the headlights either, just accessory power) click am, then fm, then click the nav push and hold the 2 and 6 of the preset buttons and while holding them hit the cancel button. This will bring up the hidden menu and you should be able to choose a forced install of an older nav disc

My 2009 300C Touring radio/navigation system was randomly shutting down and turning on again and on/off button was useless

just upgrade it. a new one will be less costlys than fixing the old.
make sure fuse to it are not loose. (or hairline cracked inside) new fuses are very cheap.
loose connector to it.
check for 12vdc to the radio when dead.

Chrysler 300c speakers

if this is only happening through the ipod then the plug in has wore out and will need to be replaced or the tangs inside the pleg need to be bent back out so contact can be made the problem is the bumps move the plug around and breaks contact newer cars are going to usb but im not sure if that is much better as the same could happen there to your local stereo shop can put a new plug in the stereo or if you know how to solder you can do it and go to radio shack and buy the port and install your self

Most stereo functions just stopped working.

Sounds like you have an internal short in the stereo. Or could be that the face of your stereo is worn out too. Get another radio.

Randy. It sounds like a bad connection at the back of the control head (Chrysler talk for the actual cd/radio, sat nav)
If you have the courage to gently remove the silver plastic surround with a blunt knife by prising it away from the dash ( this process is on the net with good photos) you will observe the 4 screws that hold the control head in position. I would unscrew them to get to the back of the unit and remove the 20-40 pin connector then push it home again a couple of times. You could spray a little Servicol electronic contact cleaner onto the connections. Be careful replacing the silver plastic surround as it is designed to break
