Not all fault codes are genuine , you are best to hook car up to an OBD2 reader and clear codes first , if code re-appears investigate further , some codes are ghost codes or old codes stored

SOURCE: audi a3 tdi 140 turbo sounds like its whistling

Turbo vehicles often sound like they are whistling when the turbo spools up because it is sucking in air at a high rate and it makes a bit of a whistling sound. Generally not a problem unless it is a different whistling that you are referring to.

2007 kia spectra code p0016 after engine warms up and cut off then started back up . wont come on cold start up .

cut off = engine stalls p0016(vvt failures) did you look this up first? in a real kia book?

autozoned parts are junk, china cloned parts are.
so guessing and adding bad parts gets you where? double bad now.

BOOK words to follow

Trouble Code: P0016 (2.0L L4 VIN - Auto)
Crankshaft Position - Camshaft Position Correlation (Bank 1 Sensor A)and read this.
The CVVT (Continuously Variable Valve Timing) system is installed to the chain sprocket of the intake camshaft. This system controls the intake camshaft to provide the optimal valve timing. The PCM controls the Oil Control Valve(OCV), based on the signals output from mass air flow, throttle position and engine coolant temperature. The CVVT controller regulates the intake camshaft angle using oil pressure through the OCV. PCM monitors timing misalignment while no active faults are present and fully warmed up engine oil at idle. If the timing is misaligned PCM determines that a fault exists and a DTC is stored. Possible Causes:
  • * Oil level, pressure and condition
  • * OCV
  • * CVVT
  • * Timing mark alignment
note their words, 4 thing wrong, here, VVT is bad.

cam shaft sensor error is
Trouble Code: P0340 (2.0L L4 VIN - Auto)
Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction and you never got that code,

Code P0016 on toyota sienna 2006

code p 0016 refers to crankshaft (CKP) position/cam shaft (CMP)position --bank 1 sensor A---correlation===causes --wiring--CKP sensor ---CMP sensor --mechanical fault
what that means that when the piston is in a certain and reports to the ECM then the camshaft sensor has to report the position of the cam shaft so that the two are in the correct position in relation to each other ( camshfat timing)
could be problem wires , dirty connections or failing sensors
The mechanical fault could be that the camshaft advance /retard operation has failed and throwing the correlation out

I think your sensors are pattern parts and the readings /resistances are not the same as the original parts ,try some bosch units is my first suggestion ,

Camshaft sensor on Audi a3 keeps breaking had two

They normally last long, they need to check that the rotor cup that the speed sender gets its signal from is not damaged and has the correct spacing. Also check for oil contamination from leaking cam seals.

AUDI A3 intake flag motor

I had the exact same problem. The check engine light would come on then go off. I didn't notice any drivabiltiy issues. End the end I had to replace the flapper motor, the high pressure fuel pump and the camshaft. They showed me the old parts and sure enough the camshaft lobe was worn down and the cam follower that actuates the fuel pump was in pieces. Needless to say it was very expensive. It's been a problem posted on many Audi sites. I went ahead and had the timing belt changed. Now she's as good as new.

Camshaft sensor

Do you know if the engine timing is correct? If you get the timing a tooth out you very similar issues, has the cambelt been replaced recently - or is it over due??
Another posibility is the cam chain adjuster. This is oil pressure fed and I think controled by a solnoid, it applies a force between the chain that drives the inlet camshaft from the cambelt driven exhaust camshaft. (Making any sense? Let me know if you want me to simplify) This operating correctly advances and retards the valve timing, when faulty it can make it incorrect. Non start is a fault caused, but more often they become very noisey.
The cam chain adjuster is fed oil when the car is started, you can breifly here it before it has reached operating pressure on normal start up, sounds like a diesel knock for a second, then goes, this is normal. If it continues, its more than likely faulty.
Let me know if you want any more info. If the sensor and wiring is good you'll probably have a timing issue.
