The heater tank is overheating located behind the glove compartment causing steam and coolant leaking inside my car.

Hello Richard - there isn't any actually heating going on in the core that's behind your dash. It merely takes the hot water from the engine system and plumbs it in there where the fan blows over it generating heat.

If you have coolant leaking inside the car then either the core is cracked/leaking and must be replaced or one of the hoses running to it is leaking and needs to be replaced. First step in either case will be disassembling the dash enough to get in there and see what's going on. If that sounds like something you might want to tackle yourself, get a shop guide for your car's make/model. The dealer versions are always great but the inexpensive Haynes manuals available on Amazon will work too.

Good luck.

I changed the brakes for my 2003 range rover and now the abs, brake, and traction light come on continuously.

I presume this is a late P38? I suggest you post the question with a bit more detail about the model on the forum at http://www.graemecooper.com.au/smf_forum/index.php
You will need to register with a sensible user name or your membership will probably be rejected to avoid spammers. When I see the message, I'll get one of the GCA experts to help

It is difficult to say what you might be missing, as you don't say what the actual problem is.

Turns off when runing and when heating it up in the morning

check the temp gauge is it heating up past normal if so its a safety to protect the engine, you might want to replace the thermostat and make sure the coolant level is full.

My heater does not generate heat. Could this be a bad fuse?

no, it is not likely to be a fuse problem. your heater core is probably clogged. you need to flush your cooling system.
