I would first make sure there is gas. If the tank is on empty or close to, add two to five gallons. Next you need to verify that the spark plugs are getting spark and fuel. Let me know what you found and how you want to proceed. Good luck.

SOURCE: What is the firing order of the spark plug wires

1-5-3-6-2-4
Number 1 plug is in the front, with 2,3,4,5, and 6, right after it, going towards the back.

The distributor rotates Clockwise. Viewing the distributor cap from the top, view the two mounting screws. One on the lower right, the other is on the upper left.
Number 1 spark plug tower, is immediately to the ->left of the lower right screw.

No fire to 2,4,6 cylinder 99 jeep grand Cherokee 4.0 changed plugs n coil pack

Hmmm I suspect the timing chain has worn guides and jumped some teeth hence the misfires. possibly broken valve springs, possibly burnt/bent valves. Is there a loss of coolant? {blown head gasket} 2,4 and 6 are all on the same head. Tough one, see if you can get it to Autozone or Oriely's to put the code reader on it and see if there is a readout of whats happening, sorry couldn't be more help. good luck.

Check the starter, selinoid, and then the ignition switch if the motor will not turn over. If it turns over without fire check the ignition coil and then the distributor.
