Go to ford fleet owners.com and download your owners manual then go to roadside emergencies and your fuse box and power distribution box diagrams are there with the relays and circuit breakers locations there are 2 kinds of a relay for this 1 is a cut out relay go to rock auto.com and look up your truck and the parts it's easier when you know what things look like ,now please tell me what is wrong obviously its not running but did you check all the fuses and did you try to spray gas /injection cleaner in the throttle body and it runs and dies ,if so the idle air control valve may be bad to you hear the fuel pump energize when you turn the key on , also if you do hear it change the gas filter it could be clogged up , also throttle body is very dirty from poor quality fuel?, check spark plug gaps to much air equals no spark/explosion in the cylinders, use a volt meter to check plugs for power let me know what's going on also check inertia shut off switch some one could've hit you hard enough parking to activate it and shut off the fuel pump good luck stephen post back!

2000 ford taurus fuel pump relay location

Fuel Pump Relay is usually located in the engine compartment (under the hood) fuse/relay box. But, if you are having problems starting the car,....there is most likely a fuel shut off reset button in the trunk, on the right side, under the carpeting, on top of the rear wheel well. Look around in there. That's where it was in my 1999 Taurus.

the fuel pump gets power through fuse number 116 via the fuel pump relay. the fuel pump relay is energized by the pcm relay which gets its power from fuse #102

My 2000 ford focus cranks, but does not start. I

You will want to find out if you are not getting spark or not getting fuel.
If no fuel, then bad fuel pump, plugged fuel filter, or bad fuel pressure regulator, or bad fuel pump relay.

If no spark, then bad crank sensor, or ignition module, or coil packs.

2000 ranger fuse diagram

Fuel Pump relay switch is in the main box usually located on the drivers side Fender in a black box. According to the owner's manual in the power distribution box in the engine
compartment (Ford recommends disconnecting your battery)
Relay # 5 is the fuel pump relay , and also in the PD BOX is a 20 amp mini-fuse
for the fuel pump relay + RAP module in location # 9

( P.S. - don't forget your fuel pump inertia switch , in the right front passenger area ,
by the right front kick panel )Sometimes this gets kicked by passenger or if the car is bummed hard it could set this item to shut down fuel system. Best of Luck
