Remove plastic cover that says 4200 vortec under the cove you will find 6 coils a 10 mm wrench to remove bolts pull up cover gently then you will have access to the spark plugs

If you are doing a tune-up completely, it is also better to change the wires, distributor cap and accessories.

Each spark plug has it's own coil mounted on top of it fixed by two screws or bolts. You need to remove the two screws, carefully pull out the coil then unscrew the spark plug. You need to do this for all the six spark plugs.
Just replace the plugs one at a time, then no possibility of mixing them up....Way easier
