The advise by Techbuster was a bit off. The '09 is a bit different than the earlier models. To change the filter, pull the center divider in the glove box straight forward. The cabin filter housing in immediately behind it. Push the two clips on the outer edges inward and slide the tray out. Replace the filter, reinsert the tray, replace the center divider.
For the 2009 Acura TL, all you need to in order to change the dust and poller filter (also known as cabin air filter) is to remove two plastic clips (next to the trunk on/off switch) in the glove box. In order to remove them, push the inner hole.
Once those clips are removed, you have to pull the whole glove box assembly out. It could be hard since it's connected with a lot of clips. Once you remove it, you might have to unplug a couple of wires and you should see the front of the filter's cover.
To change cabin air filter on Acura TL firs time you need to open the glove box and then remove the arm that holds the glovebox. Press the 2 sides of the glovebox to take this out like in picture bellow. Here you can find the picture
