If you have your owners manual look at the fuse box under roadside emergencies on page 105, using the picture shown of the fuse box, locate the circut breaker, marked in pic as Heater should be a small black box that plugs in, this is the 30A circut breaker for the blower motor test with a meter to see if it is good, if you do not have an owners manual go to fleet.ford.com an download one for free, hope this helps, let me know

Good Thread! At the very top left of the front of the fuse box, there is a long vertical black fuse with a red button in the center. I found that the red button was "popped", so I pushed it back in and the heater/cooler fan on temp controls started working.
