No you will have to reset the radio to what you like and a clock if there is on.

You need to have the wheel speed sensors checked. If one is not reading the proper rPM of the wheels, it thinks that the other wheel is spinning, and the TRAC applies the brakes on that side.
A good tech with a good scan tool might be able to read the sensors, but, a Toyota tech is your best bet.
SOURCE: replacing tail light bulbs on 2001 Toyota Sequoia
Remove the two screws holding the tail light cover in place along the edge of the tail light assembly.
After you remove the two screws in the back panel, you have to pull the assembly out towards the side of the vehicle. You
cannot pull it straight back from the trunk or you will break the pins that hold the lens cover onto the side
of the SUV.
There are two pins that allow the light cover to be secured against the
back of the truck. One pin is towards the top, the other pin is towards
the bottom.
Twist out the bulb assembly.
Pull out the bulb
Insert the new bulb
Twist back in the bulb assembly
Place the pins over the pin holes in the light cover mold on the side of the truck
Push in gently Replace screws and you are done.
SOURCE: how do I replace brake rotors on a 2001 toyota
remove the tire, there should be two bolts holding the caliper on, remove these two bolts, the caliper will be able to slide off and out of the way, the rotor should be able to come off, or you will have to give it a few taps, remove the old one, make sure you have the proper rotor, and place it on the hub, the brake pads should be replaced at this time, the pads will pop out easily, now you will have to compress the piston with a C clamp and one of the old brake pads, once the piston is back in place the new pads can be snapped into place and now the caliper can go back on and tighten the two bolts, put the tire back on.
SOURCE: After replacing battery in 2002 Toyota Sequoia,
The radio uses a constant power to retain memory(stations, settings, ect.) and switched power to run on. It sounds like there is a problem with the constant power connection. You can first check the fuse box for any blown fuses and replace any that are found. Also look around the battery for any wires with an inline fuse that could be broken. Try looking under the dash near the radio for any inline fuse holders that could have a blown fuse. You might need to pull the radio and start tracing the constant 12v power wire. First verify that it does have power and if it does then the radio may have been damaged from a voltage spike when the new battery was installed. If the wire does not have power then you will need to start tracing the wire back to the source of the short. It sounds to me like a blown fuse somewhere....
