Check for battery power on the orange red wire coming into the the fan relay. If no power, replace fuse #27 in the integrated power module under the hood. See the wiring diagram below

SOURCE: 2000 Caravan-Engine cooling fans not running, replaced temperature sensor and fan relay, still not working-HELP

Did you replace the sensor by the thermostat in the engine block or the one under the drivers headlight, There are two, the one next to the thermostat controls the temp gauge in the vehicle. the one under the headlight assembly controls the actual fans and is a electronic module. You have to remove the head light assembly to get to it.

Have 2000 dodge grand caravan had to replace radiator now neither fan will come on checked 40 amp fuse in box under hood its good any suggestion

make sure the electrical connector is connected properly.there is also a relay that controls the fans.it sounds like the fans were working before the rad was changed so its probably something simple.make sure the cooling system is full of coolant as if its low the sensor that sends the signal to the computer to turn on the relay to turn on the fans may not be getting reading the proper temperature.

I have a 97 dodge grand caravan that has a cooling fan problem. I have replaced the fans, radiator, col temp sens, fan relay, fuses and the fan still does not come on. i did notice the previous owner cut...

Make sure the fans are well grounded. You can temporarily jump 12 volts from the battery to the fans in order to check if they work. The new relay also could have been compromised if the wiring was incorrect before.

97 dodge cooling fans stoped working

If you have checked the relay module under the fans,on drivers side, and they are fine, replace the coolant sensor, and make sure all the air is bled out of the cooling system.

99 dodge grand caravan a/c not working.compressor cluch working, fans don't come on lines hot down at compressor

Cooling fans must work with a/c on.With a/c turned on check voltage at fan motor plug.If no voltage have to back trace to fuse for fans or relay's,but I have replaced a few fan module's for this problem.

'97 dodge grand caravan engine is off and there is a fan like noise still on? what could this be?

That would be the cooling fans which do tend to run a minute or two after engine shuts off.
This is nothing to worry about and is quite normal, unless it runs for a very long time and runs down the battery. In this case, the fan relay should be replaced.

2001 Grand Caravan - Radiator Fan Control Circuit Problem

you will need to replace the relay for the fan because it is stuck on. You can look on autozone.com for free online repair guide. It will have the relay location unless you have a repair manual of your own. But it is the relay.
