remove the trim around the radio. that goes down to the cup holders. take it out by removing the screws. and wires

I have this problem right now too. You were soposed the get a card with the purchase of your vehicle with the security code on it. I bought mine used and did not know I needed it and come to find out I never got it. The only thing that can be done is to take it to a dealership where they will get numbers off your radio an vin on your car to get you a new code or replacement card. If your dealeship is like mine it will cost about 37.50 as a basic diognostics. Don't try to press random numbers. There are hundreds of thousands of combos.
