The radio says 'if you agree press ok' on the screen but you press ok and nothing happens what is wrong with it?

It sounds like the radio has burned out, have it repaired.

to unlock radio.if you dont have no code wrote down.try this procedure. first write down any three or four digit number from 000 to 1999 and keep it in a safe place separte from the vechicle. turn the ignition to ACCESSORY or RUN. turn the radio off. press the 1 and 4 buttons together. hold them down until - - - shows on display. next you will use the secret code number which you have written down.press MN and 000 will appear on the display. press MN again to make the last two digits agree with your code.press HR to make the first one or two digits agree with your code.press AM FM after you have have confirmed that the code matches the secret code you have written down.the display will show REP to let you know that you need to repeat press MN and 000 will appear on the display. press MIN again to make the last two digits agree with code.press HR to make the first one or two digits agree with your code.after that repeat press AM FM and this time the display will show SEC to let you know that your radio is secure. the the indicator by volume control will be flashing when the ignition is turned off.IF ALL FAILS DEALERSHIP NEED TO RESET RADIO CODE..

When this happens, move the Gear Selector lever a bit. It has a Neutral Safety switch that may be slightly out of adjustment

hold nr1 button then hold scan button after that you will see on the screen 3line(- - - ) put your code confirm scann button that's it done

If the radio works but the CD player doesn't it's something internal to the unit. The radio and CD player get their power source from the same wire that goes into the unit.

Are you sure the blutooth is active in your car? Contact the local dealer and have them run a "DCS" and confirm the car is fitted with Blutooth. Then go to www.bmwusa.com and check that your phone is apporved to work with the car. Provided nothing is wrong with the car you can then follow the instructions below.

1. make sure your phone's bluetooth is "always on"
2. get your phone all the way to the "search screen" and stop
3. press the "menu button on the radio
4. press the button below the "phone" in the menu screen of the radio.
5. press search on your phone to locate the car.
6. after the phone locates the car press yes to "bond"
7. the phone/car will now ask for a password, enter 1111 and press enter or ok.

Ifyour passwrd does not work you will have to go to the dealer to get the correct one or you can locate the TCU in the driver's rear inner panel in the trunk and get the number off the unit. It will say "PK XXX"

Check the fuse marked "Radio" or "Dash"

Remove battery cable for 2 minutes.Then try again...Good Luck!!!!!
