its quiet easy to do can be a little difficult to get ur hand into it .
open bonnet
where the air box is .
you will see the headlight globe rubber boot.
next to that in the corner you will see 2 wires connect to another socket turn that to release it and lift sock up to remove globe .
refit in reverse steps .

Take out the two Torx bolts on top of the headlight assembly. Then there is a third hidden bolt. Look through the holes in the top front of the fender, above and behind the headlight's turn signal portion (you'll probably need to shine a light in there) and you'll see the third bolt. Remove that and the headlight pulls straight forward and out. Then you can change the bulb.

To change a front parking/turn signal lamp bulb on Town & Country models, remove the screw, and hinge the lamp on the tab
With the lamp free of the facia, the bulbs can be accessed by twisting the sockets counterclockwise, and pulling the bulb from the socket
1.Pull the bulb straight out of the socket.
2.Replace the bulb.
3.Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
4.Verify light operation.

check the turn signal relay that usually goes before the fuse

open the indicator and give a turn to the fused bulb anticlockwise it will come out . replace it ang give it clockwise turn.. and fix the indicator again.

Side-mounted turn signals, removing:
1. Press side turn signal lens against retaining tab in direction of arrow and carefully remove from fender opening.
2. Carefully pull housing "2" out of rubber socket "1".
3. Bulb "3" can be pulled out of rubber socket "1" for replacement.
Installing:
1. Install in reverse order to removal.
