Remove that plug and turn engine over. Does water shoot out of the spark plug hole? Head gasket leak, cylinder-to-coolant channel side. Do you see any water vapor or actual water out of your exhaust when you first start it?

SOURCE: When the tension er come

Is this the fan (serpentine accessory) belt, or the cam belt? the fan belt drives the alternator, air conditioner, etc, and is visible on the front of the engine. The cam belt is usually behind a cover of some kind and can't be seen.
If it is the fan belt, no damage. If it is the cam belt, it depends on the engine design. maybe no damage, maybe serious damage to the valves. If you replaced the tensioner and properly aligned the cam and crank pulleys, and it won't start, you most likely have serious damage to the valves. You will need to pull the head, have the damaged valves replaced, after inspecting the pistons for damage.

Mazda etude 1.8 no spark

If you do not have any spark ( petrol engine ) check for distributor cap, rotor arm, ignition module inside the electronic distributor, or any loose wiring connected on distributor or ignition coil or any wire. Also check and the HT Leads.

Mazda etude familia not producing spark to the engine while the distributor has a spark

The rotor under the distributor may be bad, pulled the cap and turn the engine over look at the rotor and make sure its turning. If it doesn't turn the distributor gear maybe sheared, timing belt or timing chain may have come off.

Timing belt setting and my car iddle are out of form mazda etude

Your camshaft and crankshaft pulleys have to be properly aligned upon installation of the timing belt. The cogs on the belt, should fit precisely with the teeth of the pulleys. Your # 1 engine cylinder should be moved to "Top Dead Center" before installing the belt. This means no compression once the top of the piston cylinder reaches the top of the chamber.
