I LOOKED UP THE TORQUE SETTING FOR THR HUB NUT FOR A 1999 FORD TAURUS.IT IS 184/250 ftlbs/NM. CAN YOU EXPLAIN WHAT THE ''NM'' MEANS ? ALSO, WHAT IS THE TORQUE SETTING FOR THE 3 HUB BOLTS?

What "NM" means is Newton Meters; it's the metric measurement equal to the standard measurement. You interpret the torque settings like this 184 ft lbs OR 250 Newton Meters.

The three hub bolts should be tightened to, I believe, 80 ft lbs OR 110 Newton Meters
