On Cadillac Deville, the Flasher is located:
- Hazard flasher: Front seating area, driver side, under dash, mounted on passenger side of steering column
- Turn signal: Front seating area, driver side, under dash, mounted on passenger side of steering column

1. Remove the necessary sound insulator panel(s) from under the instrument panel.
   
2. Remove the flasher from the retaining clip and disconnect the wiring connector.

To install:

1. Connect the wiring connector to the new flasher and install the flasher in the retaining clip.
   
2. Install the sound insulator panel(s).

if your talking coolant put it in one of the heater hoses located a the back of fire wall passenger side

Hello, On the right side( Passenger side) of the steering column there should be a red button. Pull out on it and the flashers should come on.

If it's like my 1990 cadillac deville, get pliers and pull up on the window while pushing the switch up for the window. There could be a bad motor. How much? I don't know. It will vary from shop to shop.

try to look at stress point on door by handle normally two screws and under neath panel to screws also disconnect side panel for side mirror door of using panel popper
