I bought a new crv in 2/2017 what is the original battery warranaty? how many months/miles

If the batteries truly are new, it could be since the charger was defective it wasn't charging the batteries properly. You can buy a three stage charger designed for gel batteries for around $30 bucks on Amazon. If it is the batteries I am afraid they are quite a bit more for replacement than the charger itself. Go to the parts store where you bought the cap. Sometimes the code clears on it's own and sometimes you need to have it reset. If this is not an option disconnect the negative battery cable for a minute. Just as a warning, if you disconnect the battery you will have to reprogram most all of your electronics.

The anti-theft system is likely the problem. It needs to be reset.

best have the battery load tested but I suspect that it will fail ,the test

with a SCANNER.
your mechanic or Honda Dealer will provide this service....
Disconnecting the battery won`t do you any good.
You will have to fix the air-bag problem first before you can erase the airbag light...

Batteries are rated by age. There are 60 month down to 12 months. The more months the more money. From the sound you describe it is the battery.

1167 is your air/fuel sensor 1. also known as o2 sensor. replace this clear all codes and you should be good

Sounds as though the battery is failing which you will notice as it gets cooler which i've heard it was overnight there. is that the original battery or a replacement ?
