Doesn't use a relay , HVAC power module controls the blower , with signal from the heater and A/C programmer . Free wiring diagrams here

your best solution is go to a junkyard tell them you need the radio clip for the factory radio splice them back together buy colors go to your local radio shop and get a wire harness so u can hook up a after market radio good luck
