I have a Toyota Sienna 2004 XLE and the radiator has not been great ever, had a recall for some kit 5 years ago. Dealer said last week that the radiator needs to be replaced, went to replace it and called to say that one of the bolts is connected to the Airconditioning Condenser and they can not get the bolt off. Said that they are affraid that it the try harder, the airconditioning condenser may crack and a new one will be an additional 600.00 or more. I am hard pressed to believe that Toyota would engineer such a thing. My bigger fear is that more of this kind of problem will continue to surface as the vehicle gets older, causing 2'x the cost of the necessary repair, as in this case it appears that I have to replace a perfectly good airconditinoner condenser just to get the radiator working....any advice?

SOURCE: Toyota Land cruiser VX 100 lost the remote control keys.

well the technician must not have realized that your particular key has a chip in it. and it will not run without it. it will unlock doors and turn on ignition but will not tart the car... get your money back from the tech and go to the dealership... I know it sucks and youll probably have to spend around 200 dollars per key. I feel your pain cause i had to do the same. gl to you.

SOURCE: 2005 Toyota Sienna XLE - Automatic sliding door not closing.

This may or may not work depending on exactly what is wrong with the door, I cant tell what is wrong without looking at it directly however:
You can try starting with all doors closed and unlocked, keys in hand disconnecting the battery and letting the vehicle sit for 2 min or so, then reconnect the battery. Put the key into the ignition and turn it to the on position but do not start the van. Next press the button to disable the power sliding door for the drivers side, then manually open the door fully, wait 5 seconds, then close it manually fully. Press button the button again to re-enable the power sliding door, then try to use it with the automatic feature either by pulling the handle or using your remote, this may or may not work depending on if the door has somehow become de-initialized (it should work now) however if something is broken inside the door closing mechanism or door closed/open sensors, the door will continue to malfunction.

did you read the operators guide yet?
it says
1: System failure, scan PCM for why!
2: driving wrong. (or on ice or driving wild on ice, or can mean it just saved your bacon, that last action)

RTM read what it says, then ask questions of any or all are confusing. or go to the dealer and ask...... or any mechanic.
