The fuel pump gets power from the pump relay on startup, then from the oil pressure switch when the engine is running. You could try a jumper to the relay to bypass the pressure switch to confirm the problem. The design is to prevent a fire in a wreck.
make sure you have as little gas in the tank as possible, unplug tank , usually up near top or tank if possible , unhook gas fill tube from fuel door area , (screws usually inside fuel door), unhook fuel lines from tank closest to the tank as possible, place jack under fuel tank and slightly tighten to tank, release tank straps and lower jack, roll out free from under vehicle and remove pump from tank, reverse process to reassemble.
These cars are equipped with a factory installed security system that runs off the chip in your key. When this system starts to fail, it can turn off starters and/or fuel to injectors. This causes the car to stall while driving. The system the corrects itself when you start it again. And then dies for the same reason. CAN YOU HEAR THE FUEL PUMP RUN WHEN YOU TURN THE KEY?? if so then install a pressure guage and see if the pressure drops when you try to start the car, your problem is fuel , either a pump or no voltage getting to pump
