Looking for an inside plunger tube for a model 39 marlin serial number e13091

Plunger tube is missing so can only shoot one round at a time. Would like to find out where I could purchase one.

turn the key on then push in on the plungers, also twist and turn them. with the key off the light is on a timer and will not go off right away. if the key is on the light should go on and off with plunger movment.

If you look at this picture, exploded view of front diff , It looks like #16 or #13 could be missing or broken, causing the plunger not to pull out keeping the front end engaged. Looks like it would have to be opened up to replace.

What you most likely are seeing is a plug that the factory puts in the filler tube of the transmision to keep foreign objects from accidentally getting into the transmission while the car is going down the assembly line. Once the transmission is ready to be filled with fluid this usually tan or white plug gets pushed into the pan area and will stay safely there until someone removes the pan for service work at which point it can be discarded.

To bleed the fuel system you need to remove the plunger on the fuel rail. It is located where you hook up a fuel pressure gauge. Once it is removed have someone cycle the ignition key to the KEY ON ENGINE OFF position, or the accessories position, 2 - 3 times this will get all of the air out. Also place a tube on the fuel pressure fitting so that fuel doesn't spray all over the place. Once this is done replace the plunger and cycle the key 2 - 3 more times. This will ensure fuel is at the injectors

Replacing brake booster in 2001 escape the push rod in the new booster appears to be too short are they adjustable?

Not that I am aware of. My book on the 2001-2007 Escape does not indicate any adjustment in that push rod. double check the part number against the part number that should be installed by calling another parts store and asking if they have the part and then compare the number they give you with the number you have. Make sure the brands are the same. The problem you may have is that a lot of stores assume that all parts in these year models are interchangeable between the Escape and Mazda Tribute. In fact many are since both vehicle were built in the same factory with very few differences. In fact the repair manuals usually list both vehicles in the same book.

The nylon bushings and plunger in the shift tube assembly is worn and needs to be replaced... I would replace the whole assy. because it's the best way to get ALL the slack out and they aren't that expensive...The shift tube and plunger work together. After you install the parts you can adjust to where your shift indicator needle is lined up with the letters and numbers on the dash. You have to drop the steering column to get to everything, remember to disconnect the little string that runs from the back of the shifter up to the needle indicator before you lower the column down to rest on the seat...if you don't it will break! I hope this helps...good luck with the Bronco.

The inside shifter has a lot of louse play when trying to shift from P to D or 1,2 gear. After removing the plastic trim, I can see a clamp that is holding the round linage, it appears that something may...

There should be a black bushing(Basic# 7L278) underneath the two clamps that surrounds the shift tube(Basic# 7212). While you have it apart you may want to pull the plunger(Basic# 7R264) out of the tube and make sure its not bent or damaged too. If you go into any Ford dealer and tell them the Basic #s they should be able to look up the exact parts that you want.

Idnition switch will not turn to lock position if battery is connected. disconnect negative cable then lock cylinder works.

your interlock solenoid has quit working on some models if you look under steering column you will see a round or square little plug remove this and you will see shift interlock solenoid plunger grab end of plunger and pull down switch will operate now with battery connected have seen people pull plunger out and wrap a plastic zip strap around not allowing plunger to move and not replace the solenoid on some gm,s you do this and it will kill battery overnite best to replace solenoid not that expensive

99 suburban front diff diagram spring came off plunger front end stays locked in in less i take accuator out and put magnet in and pull plunger back out

2002 Taurus - brake lights won't turn off when car is shut off.

Usually this is caused by a broken or faulty brake switch. They are usually located above the brake pedal, inside the car. Look at the pedal from inside the car. Push the pedal down and watch it. Look for a switch that should extend a plunger when the pedal is pushed down. The plunger is supposed to go back into the switch when the pedal returns to it's normal position. This is what lets the brake lights know the pedal has been depressed. In most of the cases I have seen the plunger breaks or it gets cocked sideways and stays out or the switch holder itself breaks and the switch moves instead of the plunger. Then the brake lights think that the pedal is being pushed down even when it's not. Start there.
The only other time I have seen this is when someone used the wrong type of light bulbs in the brake lights.

My 55 hyundai matrix rear lights won't turn off can this be fixed?

hello if only rear lights staying on ?? and ignition off then may i suggest that this is most probably your brake lights that are staying on possibly due to pedal not pushing brake switch plunger back enough ? if you lift the brake pedal up the lights may /will go out ? this is simple adjust of the switch by screwing inwards a couple of turns so pedal pushes plunger fully into switch switchlocated just below the pedal pivots shaft and has a plug/wires attached pull plug off then screw switch in 2 turns reconnect plug then when pedal pressed 3/4 " approx ? lights come then go off when pedal released ? this is wear/tear of plunger and common fault as years go by hope this is helpfull and you can d i y ? following instructions ?

When I turn the car off, the rear lights stay on, what could be the problem?

Your brake switch is on, likely due to a rotten contact pad

If you look under the dash by the brake pedal, you will see the brake switch mounted against the pedal with a little plunger sticking out.
The pedal contacts this plunger with a little rubber cushion that gets brittle with age and falls apart.
Once this happens the plunger no longer contacts the pedal and extends at all times, leaving your brake lights on.

Verify the pad is missing. If it is not missing and you can see the pedal depress the plunger completely at rest, then you have a faulty brake switch...... it's always the rubber pad though :)

My car has been having problems starting for a while now. It would just make a clicking noise when you start it but if you let it sit for a minute or two it would eventually start. Then recently it...

The clicking noise that you are describing is the starter solenoid plunger contacting the power feed wire contact (inside the starter) from the battery to the starter. The starter did not crank the engine because the other contact from the solenoid plunger was not transmitting battery voltage to the windings of the starter motor. This is a common problem. Replacing the starter plunger & both contacts would haved solve the problem. Regarding the replacement starters, I have observed many times that "aftermarket/rebuilt" starters are, at times, just as bad as the one you are taking out of your car. Try this: Remove the starter. Remove the 3 bolts on the side of the starter that retains a metal cover. Remove the cobver. Remove the metal plunger. Inspect the contacts and the bottom of the plunger. If anything appears burnt or worn, replace the contacts & the plunger.
