Right side interior door handle not opening door in 2002 kia sedona mini van.I pull handle door does not open but handle returns to its original position.
It could mean the rod connecting the handle to the latch has broken. You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. and you can access the innards of the door
i And what shoud I do when the little doorlocker inside is stucked halfway and its not possible to open the t'door fro either outside or inside!?It sees to be that I have to destroy the whole inside since I need to have the door open for remove panel!Please its urgent my wife is handicaped and its to expensive to let workshopdo it,it willcost moore than the car kika sephia 2000 kindly regards/Henrique
