Hi there Carolina,
The battery is very low. That clicking sound is the solenoid trying to complete the circuit that brings power to the starter.
When the starter gets the power there is not enough left for the solenoid to keep the circuit maintained and it switches off.
When it switches off, the starter is no longer drawing power so there is enough power for the solenoid.
The cycle repeats causing the rapid clicks.
The alarm goes off because of the power getting so low, it resets on the side of caution.
Get a jump. That will start the car. But don't trust it to restart until you find out if it's the battery not holding a charge or the alternator not recharging the battery.
Bring it to an auto parts store. Most will run a 'Load Test' for free. This simulates the load of a starter turning an engine. It take 5 seconds and the results are pass or fail.
And if it doesn't start, what better place than a auto parts store?
My money is on the battery
Best regards
Mike
