My hyundai 2008 accent jerks violently upon take off

Just a guess but maybe your vehicle speed sensor... does your speedo act weird?

-Possibly spark plug are too dirty or pack with carbon.
-Take all spark plug out and check. Replace new ones.

Throttle pedal control sensor ,the thing that the throttle pedals connected too is a electronic sensor ,change it

Clean air filters; carborator and replace engine oil.
May need engine tuning too

I would have the computer scanned for trouble codes first. The codes will point you in the direction of the problem to troubleshoot.

sounds like fuel,starvation,filter blocked, exhaust might need decoking,air filter cleaning

CHECK ENGINE light??? Whenever the 'CHECK ENGINE' (Service Engine Soon) light comes on, the ECU (Engine Control Unit) sets a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC). These codes identify the particular engine management system which caused the light to come on.
You'll need to use/find an OBDII (On-Board Diagnostic) Scanner to retrieve any code which have been stored in the ECU computer. Afterward, we might be able to help you DIAGNOSE the problem and perhaps eventually fix the problem.

sounds like a common ignition coil pack problem.

Just wondering if you had checked your trans fluid?
If it's at the right level I might go back to the place that did the tranny work and have a chat with them,
If your fluid is low you have to get it at the dealer, I think it is call sp5, I'll go check the bottle I have.

I just took my 2006 Tucson in to have this fixed. It was simply that that hose from the air filter was not clamped on tight. That was 2 days ago, no more problem.
