Flasher and fuses are usually under the dash next to the drivers left knee.
Hope this helps.
Make sure you replaced right flasher... by turning on turn signal then grab flasher if it is clicking it is the wrong flasher... there are two flashers... if you have right flasher make sure brake lights work properly.... usually the fuse for the hazards is also the brake light fuse...let me know

Right flasher, fuses all good, switched out both the fuses, for the hazard and for the turn signal. Turn signals flash, flashers stay solid. Double ugh!!
Changed both fuses not flashers. (But fuses looked fine.)I changed hazard relay. (Under dash by brake pedal.)
Should I change the turning signal flasher if it's working???
I don't think it's the hazard switch because it activates the lights but they just don't flash.
It definitely is a stumper.
