Depends if it has a 4 or 6 cyl. On the 4, it's the last one after the cat. converter. If it's a 6, Bank 2,Sensor2 (downstream) is located after the engine mounted converter/exhaust manifold on the front pipe. If you are looking at the engine from the belt side, it's is at the front of the engine compartment, next to the radiator. (This is the left bank of the engine)
The malfunction of your speedometer might be cause by the speed sensor in the transmission.
It might have been disconnected or needs replacement.
You must check that first to your mechanic, before pulling out the meter itself!
