Is your fuse labeled? Do you see a courtesy fuse? If so, try that. Your local auto store may have an auxiliary power outlet, It looks like a socket with two electrical wires for voltage and ground. You could wire it straight off the battery, with inline fuse, maybe 20 amp fuse. There many ways to wire it. Ignition feed or hot all the time? The ground, run it to clean metal spot close to the power socket, it should work fine. Just my opinion.
if you mean modulator, it is usually held in place with a "U" style mounting bracket retained by one bolt at the side of the trans...will have vacuum hose attached...
Have you checked your freon level? The compressor will not engauge when the R134 level is too low .More than likely you need to recharge the system after 14 yrs you may have a small seal leak. Try picking up a recharge kit with a gauge attachment. This has worked well for me on my 3 Astros I currently own. Othwise the fuse box is on the drivers side left of the steering column.
if you mean you cant fit the line into the steering box you might have a metric box people have been known to use the later model camaro metric boxes in these cars
