You have to check each one. I have a 2001 Lasabre that drove me crazy until I finally found a tiny nail in one tire. (Since a put a new set on last Oct, I have had no tire light at all) The system works off the abs sensors and can tell if one tire is a few pounds less than another. Check all your tires and make sure they are all at the same pressure.

Hope that helps.

Need to test them with a gauge,if the tire is 15 pounds low you may not see a difference in the tire but the sensor would tell you if there is a 2 pound drop between all tires.

How do I reset my tire pressure light when tires are fine

My Lesabre has buttons on the left side of the dash. The one called Gage Info has a number of things like oil pressure check tire pressure heat Battery. Push this button till it says check tire pressure To reset your light push the reset button and hold for fifteen or twenty second and the light on the dash should go out and it will show tire pressure ok on the gage. Before you reset check all four tires for air as one tire could be down 8 or 10 lbs and the light will come back on. they all have to be the same pressure.
When you change your oil you should reset the oil section as well and hold reset the same as above. The oil section tells you how much oil you use over an amount of time.

Low tire pressure light keeps coming on, even when tires are at correct pressure

First, check the tire pressure of the spare. If all tires are properly inflated, then one of the sensors are bad and must be replaced.

Low tire pressure tight is on and i checked the tires and pressure is fine. how do i get the light to go ouy

If all tires are properly inflated you have a bad tire pressure monitor. It is connected to the valve stem inside of the wheel. Need to go to tire store or repair center that has a tire pressure monitor scan tool. It will tell which sensor needs to be replaced.

The tire pressure light is on but the tires look fine - could there be another problem or could the cold weather be effecting the pressure light

Check your tires with a gauge.the system works on percentage of pressure lost.Or by the rpm of the tire when driving depending on the year/make/model.Set your pressure to what is specified on the door.

Tire trouble light has been on since I had the tires rotated, but there is no problem with the air pressure. Light stays on even though tire pressure is fine.

after rotating tires equipped with tpms, a relearn must be performed so the sensors know where they are. a tpms reprogrammer is required for this.

What does it mean when you reset the low tire sensor on a 2002 toyota Sienna and comes back on? The tire pressure has been checked and its fine.

You have to "Teach" the tire sensors to the correct pressure. The 02 Sienna does not measure the actual PSI tire pressures, it measures the RPM of the tires. with the tires set to specs, the rotation RPM is "x". If a tire goes low, the rotation RPM would bt "y", and that will light the light.

The proceedure: Set the tires to specs with a known good pressure gauge. The ones that you can put in your pocket, that looks like a pen, are alway sincorrect. Get one with a needle reading. Set the tires correctly. Now, press the reset button, hold it until the light blinks 3 times. Drop it into gear, and DRIVE IT. 8-12 miles, above 19 MPH, and UNDER 61 MPH. This will re-teach the ABS computer the correct values.
