99 jetta ac compressor wont run

Ac press is ok fuses conectins ok . car went into the wash on one end ac working came out the other end not working...

There should be a pressure sensor on the ac line itself It's a safty feture to keep you from burning up your compressor when the 134 is too low in the lines check the connectoin to it make sure that the water didnt short it out. this would be my guess if you check all the other electrical...

2003 jETTA Fan only works high speed. For AC compressor runs but no fan other than when switched to high speed at which time the fan runs at high speed but AC switches off.

a resistor went bad for your blower motor.It is located by the blower motor on a circuit board.You can get the replacement resistor at Radio Shack and solder it in.This fixed my problem

After changing the battery in a 97 vw jetta the alarm went when the conectin was made to the new battery how do you turn off the alarm?

Connect the battery and press the button on the key fob. If that does not work, try starting the car.

1999 Chevy Tahoe AC compressor cycles on and off.

That would be the fan clutch on the compressor itself... if it wont take a charge with all setting on high and running then you'll need to get it replaced , have a specialist inspect it to make sure the innards of the compresor arent junk...I have same pronblem with my 97 z28.. but it will take a charge and last 3 months then i have to recharge...The clutch and innards of my compressor are going bad..So its a chevy known issue,,,best of luck...Ohh one more thing do you hear a hiss when you turn it off and on, the ac that is
