You would have to replace the multifunction switch on the driver side of the steering column. It is not real expensive and if you are handy it is not a real hard job. The multifunction switch does all the directional wiper and headlight controls. The cruise is wired into the handle, but goes down the column. That handle jsut pulls straight out of the multifunction switch.

Pretty much the same as the previous answer. The multifunction switch just wears out over time and there is no adjustments. Replacing them is the only solution.

I have a 1991 Buick Regal. The turn signals work

Turn signals stop working

Replace the flasher unit with an electronic version.
The electronic flashers keep the flashing cycle constant no matter what the load is on it.
Your standard flasher sounds like it is failing.

Did you check the glove box for fuses? There is a switch in the steering column too that could be the issue.

93 buick adjusted door handle now won't open in or outside

let down the window, take a chain with a hook on it ,hook it on to the  handle and if your strong enough pull the chain hard and hold it from the inside and once again if your strong enough turn around and give it a bruce lee with boots on. be careful to put a few towels between the chain and the finish you don't want to wear the solution afterward.

Need special tool for 1993 Buick Regal

you will need a lock plate tool once you have taken the lock plate off you need to take the three screws out of the turn signal switch and unscrew the turn signal handle. when you have done this do not pull it out yet. you need to go under the dash and look for the group of wires that run up your steering column. you'll have to unplug them to get enough wire to lift the turn signal switch out. Do not pull these wires all the way out just enough to lay the thing out of the way. Ok once thats done right above the ignition tumblers is either a screw or a tiny indent hole you will have to knock open hopefully its just a screw that just holds it in.
Ok thats enough for now

One other thing the emergency flasher switch has one screw in the middle just unscrew it
