Check the engine mounts... they may be dry rotted...

Check the front upper mount (right side) it supports all of the engine weight and the rubber will fatige causing metal to metal contact inside the mount, this makes it vibrate bad at idle and causes the dash to rattle.

Also check the lower trans mount on support frame near left side wheel.

This is assuming the engine is running well and idleing correctly.

That might be an inherent part of the design of the saturn engine, all the 4 cylinders I've driven are that way. I think it has to do with the balance shafts and the way they made the engine. If you can find a friend (or trusted stranger) with a very similar car, ask them if their car does it too.

No it should not be flashing. Get the codes checked or take it to a good shop. Dont go to your local garage where they will just throw parts at it untill they get it rite and you end up with a huge bill.

I would replace them all

When my car stops by red light it gets vibration somewhere from under hood and. Its idle is around 600 rm. Help me to find out what problem it could be. It's mile is around 70000.

Engine vibrations are sometimes caused by worn engine mounts. Have yours inspected to see if they are worn and allowing the engine to vibrate excessively.

My check engine light keeps going off and on and my 2005 rio has problems losing power going up hills and now it was running fine and istopped at a red light and tried to go and it stalled and had no power...

Take your vehicle to a local parts house that runs code - you can ask them via phone many do now - free -- -
then take the codes -take down your vin number - call the dealer and ask
1- about any recalls on the vehicle - they are free if there are any and can save you thousands
2 - ask about the codes you get

Engine vibrates

i had same problem check all vacume hoses front and rear of engine whene u find leak u will notice a large difference just by putting finger over it and then replace or repair hose. good luck hope it works for ya.
