This is usually either wheel balance if you just feel the vibration in the steering wheel, or shock absorbers are worn if you can actually feel the front of the vehicle bouncing.
Check your ball joints. also, if the tires are somewhat worn many times they won't have enough rotating mass to overcome side harmonics and can shake but most oftern the joints are worn. No play is acceptable there.
OK, when the ABS module is unplugged, the same results. That tells me that the ABS system is not working properly.
Did they look into the master cylinder and other abs related components?
Any ABS codes on it?
If steering wheel shakes above 50 mph that's likely to be the tires on it, rather than a brake problem.
Have tires balanced and rotated and inspected for out of roundness that might cause vibration above 50 mph.
I would go with a good synthetic transmission oil i,m pretty stuck on pennzoil myself i've been using it for 20 years but every mechanic has there own choice. Brakes I use Bendix parts. Sounds like you might need a whell balance if your getting the shimmy around 60 to 70 mph but if its all the time have the frontend checked it could be a bad tie-rod.
