1991 Toyota extra cab v6 manual tranny. starts fine and runs well. After 10 minutes of driving around (warmed up). When coming to a stop with the clutch in the idle will drop down to 400 RPM's and still prrr just fine. Occasionally it will only drop to 500-700 RPM's and still just run fine. I don't think this is good for oil pressure though for prolonged periods of time. Also power steering starts to cut out at such a low RPM. Is it the throttle cable or is the computer adjusting the fuel improperly?
