I can not seem to find the low pressure connection...i must be blind....
Hi .. I just ran into the same problem .. I have a 2000 Expedition with the 5.4L engine .. the low side port is located on the passenger side of engine compartment just below the black metal bracket that contains electrical connections right in front of the firewall... you have to reach under this and locate the low side (larger line) and feel for the connection .. it is right in front of the accumulator .. There are two heater hose that hide the port .. you have reach under these to unscrew the port cap which is black .. you'll have to do this by feel .. I have found that you can by R134A charge with dye and leak sealant helps with small leaks .. if the system takes more than two cans be usre to add refrig. oil .. hope this helps

ON MY EXPEDITION I WAS ALSO LOOKING FOR A LINE THAT CONTAINED A PORT BUT AFTER MOVING THINGS AROUND I FOUND THAT THE PORT IS LOCATED ON THE CANISTER
Look for the low pressure port in the hard line and it will also be the larger daimeter line, which is the suction side. low side... sometimes it will be next to the receiver dryer or next to the condensor by the radiator , i have also seen them next to the A/C compressor ....

Did you follow bigger diameter line & look for a plastic cap over it?
Try this: Stand over the right bumper and lean into the engine compartment. Brace yourself with your left arm. Reach with your right arm leftwards between the oil dipstick and the transmission dipstick. You will touch two hoses. Put your hand under the two hoses and continue to reach left. Feel around for a soft rubble, thimble-size knob. That's the port you are looking for. Twist off.
