Yes, or most any other intermittent fuse. Bit is very low draw. They make a fork that allows you to piggy back any fuse. Try a car audio shop Radio Shack carried them but that is a noot point.
Yes u can use it
If that fuse is not supporting any other functions and if the slot batt fuse is in actually has no connectors then you should be fine using that fuse for your dash cam in an auxiliary slot check your owner's manual and I would seek advice from an expert
Check to see if it has metal contacts for fuse first , and check owners manual to make sure it isnt used for other items espdcially if it had a fuse in it. Most fuse blocks dont have contacts in unused fuse slots.

I had the same vehicle with the same problems. Its the actual switches. Once they are exposed to the smallest amount of moisture they quit working.

use this link. I used it for my 96 camry to replace the fuse. It worked great. My windows and lock quit. I dont have a sunroof. I replaced the fuse and it was fairly easy even though it is hidden. It took me about 25 minutes to do it all. Hope this help!

Did you check fuses with a test light? If not try that first fuses can look good but still be blown. Also this will tell you if you are getting current to the fuses. If no current check fuse links and fuses under the hood. It Sounds like a no current problem. Let me know how you make out and if you are still stuck let me know the results and we will go from there. Good luck.
