JUST POP SWITCH OUT AND BULB GOES INTO SWITCH USE SMALL SCREW DRIVER TO REMOVE YOU WILL HAVE TO TWIST IT COUNTERCLOCKWISE TO REMOVE, TWIST CLOCKWISE TO INSTALL.

its under the hood in the box near the battery on the drivers side. I believe its the tall black one, but I could be wrong about which one since there are a number of them-- I know its in that box near the battery though.

Unless there is something else causing this, the most likely cause is that the gasket around the hatch (and doors) is sticking to it's mating surface. The gasket should be sprayed with WD-40 or silicone spray to help prevent them from sticking together especially when its cold and maybe damp.

Hello, Check your fuse panels for a blown fuses. If that is not the problem, check the bulbs; the only other source would be in the switch itself the wiring harness and connectors.
Most likely the fault is in the switch and it has to be replaced
