What color is your TPS body ?? Grey--> THROW IT AWAY !! Replace it with the new black color part
Also the relay in the fuse box under the hood. It turns out those relay boxes get so corroded underneath it makes ALL your relays make no contact. Good Luck
SOURCE: cold start valve problem
if you have an electric cold start valve make sure to unplug it and if keeps apling fuel with electrical conector unpluged that means the valve is not good, but if not then you have an electronic problem, possible a bad cold start sensor or cold start module or cicuit problem, and might be a time to take it to an electrical shop

Have you checked the MAP sensor or Oxygen sensor..?

Since you've replaced many of the usual suspects (fuel pump etc.) you might want to look into testing or simply replacing the crankshaft position sensor or the camshaft position sensor. If you intermittently lose one the these signals it would cause the problem you describe.

even though parts are new they also come with defects so it sounds as if when you turn the key you hear it working and other times not at all hmmm connections are tight ? could be faulty fuel pump or relay .
SOURCE: 2008 Ford F450 fuel pump relay fuse keeps blowing.
the fuel pump and radio are not on the same circuit, most liokely the fuel pump is shorted, that is the most common cause, get under the truck and disconnect the fuel pump connector at the tank, if the fuse doesn't blow then u need a new pump.
