that sounds like a clutch problem. get it checked asap because if that goes you may get stuck in netural and not go anywhere happened to me and it has not nice. if you start smelling a burning smell. that is defo your clutch
Hi, The relays in the Golf Mk2 are in the CENTRAL ELECTRIC compartment where the fuses are found, above the fuse see that there are in the region of 8 or probably 10 relays there...
I recently replaced the Indicator Flasher Relay in there as well.
