This is a C/P for the 2008 Escape so I'm hoping it's the same for a 2010.
Parking Lights VIOLET/WHITE (+) DRIVERS KICK PANEL SMALLER PLUG IN D. KICK PANEL
IF THE VEHICLE IS EQUIPPED WITH AUTO LAMP YOU MUST USE TWO
RELAYS, ONE ON PARKING LIGHTS AND THE OTHER ON HEADLAMPS. IF VEHICLE DOES
NOT HAVE AUTO LAMPS THEN ONLY ONE RELAY IS REQUIRED AND THAT WILL BE ON
JUST THE PARKING LIGHT WIRE.

firts of all please check the battery,battery terminal and the main fuse 100 amps located at the engine compartment.you can see if the fusible link is busted in the sight glass
