There are quite a lot of bolts/screws involved. If memory serves correct, there are a whole handful of torx screws along the perimeter of the belly pan as well as I think either 10mm or 12mm bolts. I think there are about 2/3 at the back (towards the rear of the vehicle) and another few at the front.
I cannot remember if there are those plastic screw type grommets as well but Hyundai are rather fond of them lately

u'd need a proper manual for this in my opinion

you can get some free at reliable-store and it;s actually really illustrative

SOURCE: my catalytic converter is haveing

The dealer is paid a fixed price by the factory to perform warranty work. This price is normally less than the normal cost of doing the repair. Because he is already losing money on the repair he is not going to do any extra work to accomplish the repair especially if the extra work is not something that is factory made.
You are lucky he is even willing to make the repair because most dealer's refuse to warranty anything that has been modified from factory and the factory will back them up. They lay the blame on the modification. I'm afraid you'll have to do what he says if you want the work done. Hope this helps.

My hyundai Santa fe is leaking transmission fluid somewhere at the front of the engine. I can't see it because of the skid plate. Any ideas of what it could be?

Good Evening. Unfortuantely there is no easy path to a right answer here without removing the skid plate. In front of the engine are transmission cooler lines and other miscellania. The best advice i could give you is take down the skid plate and have a can of brake cleaner handy to clean everything off while you have it turned off then have someone turn it on for you so you can visually see where it is coming from. Hope this helps and if you have any more questions feel free to ask.

Nissan 2005 maxima plastic cover under the engine came down

this is called your skid plate, it is there in case you run over a curb or something of the sort, these things are rather flimsy and tend to brake easily, check to see if the holes where the skid plate's should be located are broken. If this is the case a cheap fix that gets the job done would be to purchase some zip ties and secure the skid plate with those. The other two alternatives would be to either purchase a new skid plate, or remove your skid plate and bank on not running over any curbs :) good luck!
