Which fuse should i remove to stop cd changer 2006 a6

A lot of radios have an aditional fuse on the radio itself or in the power wire to the radio. I would check those.

In the 2006 A6 (Quattro) model it is in the trunk behind a panel on the right side

May be the unit has packed up,it happens from time to time,check at the back that it is plugged in sounds silly but it happens,has a wire been disturbed

yea take it back to the dealer there will replace it free i had to take mine back they fix it for free.

If u can access it you could pull it out with needlenose pliers if not it might need to be removed good luck hope this helps
