Try first unplugging battery cable for ten minutuse, to reset ECM, and do a scan again, there are too many unrelated error codes at the same time

Look for a bad fuse or relay. If both check out, most likely an ECM problem

SOURCE: My 1994 suburban engine stops. No fuel, no MIL light.

I checked all of the fuseable links and they were all good. Next I decided to check all the power wires to the ECM and also the grounds from a wiring diagram because the Mil is controlled by the ecm and the bulb was good. The ecm is located behind the glove box. Bingo, the orange wire was only reading 3-5 volts at the ECM, but 12.5 volts after the fuseable link at the underhood fuse block (passenger side firewall). I ran a temp wire directly from after the fuseable link to the orange wire at the ecm and the ecm turned back on and the Mil or "check engine soon" light came on too. The truck started up and has never run smoother.

Note that at first the truck just stalled out and I could restart it right away with no error codes. Eventually the stalling became more frequent with longer reset times required. Once it threw a "code 54" and I thought it was fuel related as each time the gas stopped and I could still start the truck with gas poured into the TB. Ignition ok. My fuel pump turned on and ran if I tested it. I even checked the pressure regulator and the fuel filter to no avail. The orange wire that powers up the ecm is technically part or the fuel pump relay circuit as it also feeds the fuel pump relay 12.5 volts all the time. The thin orange wire from the fuse block is joined to two other thin orange wires in the large group of wires that heads to the ecm along the firewall behind the engine. I had to dig it out of the many wires to find it and remove a lot of tape. It is amazing to me that this one little orange wire could cause so much grief and be so hard to track down. I could not have afforded to take this problem to the Dealer.

You didn't post an engine size but you are correct in thinking there is a fusible link that blew when you grounded the orange wire but there is also an inline fuse that protects the oil pressure switch and the fuel pump relay. It is usually located on the firewall.

You can check the fusible links near the starter for continuity. If one of them is burnt up start there by replacing it. If none of them are bad you will need to find the inline fuse. At least the 3.3 liter engine is set up this way.

Skoda Fabia MK2 1.2 TSI Petrol. The car had diesel put in it. It ran for about 8 miles with an engine stop in between.

The P0237 code will be a separate issue to the diesel issue. The code refers to the boost sensor on the turbo.
It is best to assume your fuel system has pulled diesel through into the engine. You will need to flush out and clean your entire fuel system. The fuel filter and the injectors will all be clogged and the fuel tank will need emptying and flushing to clean out the diesel. The fuel mixture needs to be safely disposed of. You best option is to get a good mechanic to do this as you will need to drop the fuel tank to do this.

Epc light with power loss cc sport 2009

you need to know what DTC is stored in the ECM. take car to have the codes checked and repost. There are many reasons the epc"electronic power control" light will come on.Most of the time the check engine light will be on as well, but even if it is not there will be a DTC stored in the ECM.

In dash board EPC light on

Hi there, I'm guessing your vehicle is a VW or Skoda, Seat etc. The EPC light displays when there is an Electronic Power Control fault, these can be caused by many different component faults. It really needs to be plugged in to a diagnostic reading tool to identify the fault code that will have flagged up.

Epc light on my skoda fabia 16V is showing on my dash board how do I fix it

First of all you need to access the Engine Control Module (ECM) using suitable diagnostic equipment connected to the data link connector of the car, in order to pull out all DTC's memored. DTC = Diagnostic Trouble Code. Then you will bu full informed about the root cause of the problem, and you will be able to repair & replace bad pieces and reset the ECM. Then the EPC (Electronic Pedal Control) yellow light will turn OFF.
