SOURCE: 2001 Chrylser Town and Country Van- where are the fuses
There are two in the Power distribution center (Intelligent Power Module) near the left fender shield under the hood. Has Relays and fuses in it. It also should have a decal attached identifing the fuses and relays. Fuse #5 is the 20amp Ign on power and fuse #14 is the batt/constant power. This module is one of the On-Board computers so they call it "Intelligent". Bare in mind this is for the factory stereo, IF an aftermarket stereo has been installed there will probably be one in the harness at the back of the stereo. Let me know if this helps.
SOURCE: Power window does not work
you need to buy or make a clip removal tool. it looks like a sturdy 2 prong fork to pry off the plastic clips.this id whats holding the interior panel and some screws holding the door opener

SOURCE: CHRYSLER town and country mini van turn signal/flasher
I have a 2005 Chrysler T&C. The turn signal would not work at all or activate incorrect side. The switch is easy to remove as described by dukecityman.
Once the switch is of, it has four screws holding it together.I took this apart to find that there was a circuit-board which was contaminated with dirt. wiped it of, put it back together, working fine.
If you take it apart use caution. there are parts on the "top" which will fall out. ( they go right back in) The circuit-board is on the "bottom" half. You really only need to take this part off. (less moving parts)
Your going to replace it anyway, whats the harm?
