2004 Chevy 2500 Express Van. 56K total miles. New breaks (front) less then 10K miles. When pressing on the breaks hard, I can feel the front end shimmy/shake through the steering wheel. Suggestions?

You can't. It has an anti-theft device. The days of boosting a car with a couple of wires ended in the 1980s! You have to fix the problem, not find a way around it.

Fixed Problem (it was my van) no power to ignition wire at starter. Replaced Ignition lock cylinder. just worn down. (Delivery van 50-60 starts a day). 160k miles.
60psi cold / 30-45psi warm is ideal. I've seen (with that mileage) 45 cold/ 20 warm and that's acceptable - anything less start thinking about a new oil pump.
Check stabilizer bar and bushings as well as the stabilizer links. Has alignment been checked after front end work you did? (Caster, Camber, Towin, Towout ?)
if ur replacing it remove front grill disconnect both lines and carefully remove retaining clips from radiator if replacement is original eguipt mount & reconnect --if its a universal follow instructions usually cut off fittings and use clamps and hose to hook up
check your tranny fluid. if low then add some. if fluid is full make sure that transmission pan is not leaking and if it is not see about getting you transmisson fluid changed. and if that doesnt work with only 56k i would say that would be a warranted item.
