Common problem - crank position sensor is the main culprit. The sensor goes out of calibration from heat and then goes back into an acceptable parameter once it's cooled off. A link to a Saab forum on the issue -

I would start with cleaning the throttle bore and plate. Then clean the Idle Air Control valve, IAC, as this is the device that controls idle speed. Use a can of spray carb cleaner and an old toothbrush. Trouble with the IAC would make sense if you can keep the engine going by holding down the gas pedal a bit.
Use the carb cleaner to check for vacuum leaks at hose connections and elbows. run engine and spray short bursts at hoses and listen for idle speed changes.
And lastly if problem is still there check MAP sensor.

My 2005 93 stops running after it warms up and wont start agion, untill it cools

Change the fuel filter, when you start the car the fuel lines has had time for the small particles to drain out of the filter then when the engine runs they slowly work their way back to the filter and stop the fuel filter up again.

I have problem with saab 93 aero 2000 model 2.0 turbo. traction control , ABS lights and brake light goes on and once that happens speedometer does not show speed, but early in the morning all is working...

Check control module and wireing for loose or bad connection. Intermittent problems are hard to diagnose even at shop and can get expensive fast so also try taking off negative battery cable for 1 hour to reset all cars computers believe it or not this fixes 80 percent of intermittent problems

2000 93 saab black smoke out of exhaust losing power wants to stall out when idling check engine light is on please respond

Sounds like you might have blown a ring on a piston. and the black smoke is oil being burned...find out what the engine code is....but a blown ring usually requires an engine rebuild to fix. Hope this helps.....sorry about the bad news
