I have locked my safe keys in my safe and the code will not open it

Find the model number of your car safe on the lower right corner of the safe. Write down the model number.
Look for a small plastic panel on the front of your safe. Push the panel to the side to reveal a key code.
Call Harbor Freight Technical Support at the telephone number listed on their website. Give Harbor Freight the key code, safe model, your name and your mailing address. Request a duplicate key. Pay the charge for the key by credit card. Harbor Freight will mail you a replacement key.

Cen-tech 99722

Go to this website http://www.spektyr.com/MS409Fix/ and upgrade your device. Just follow the instructions. Just did mine and it worked like a charm. Was afraid I was going to have to scrap it but so glad I don't.

2006 pt cruiser. check engine light comes on, automatic transmission will not shift out of 2nd gear. does not do it all the time though. Computer Problem?

The check engine light means there is a trouble code has occured.Even if the problem clears itself, the code is still stored as a history code.if you want to know what that code is,you can buy a cheap code scanner for about 50 bucks.I bought one out of the Harbor Freight catalog made buy Cen-Tech.It comes with a code book that only gives you engine trouble codes, but the scanner will also read transmission codes(I have to do a Google search on these to know what they are).Hey,it was cheap! This thing has paid for itself 10 times already!

2006 Kia Optima LX V-6 Engine light flashing engine running rough

A flashing check engine light means FIX IT NOW! It probably has a dead cylinder (most likely an igniton issue). Most likely, the PCM has figured out which cylinder it is aand turned off the fuel injector to it.You can get a cheap, basic code scanner(mine was 50 bucks at Harbor Freight Tools, made by Cen-Tech).It can read the code and has a book to tell you what the code means. If you find the cylinder with the misfire and correct the problem, you have to clear the code to restore fuel to that cylinder(this cheap tool does that, too).

Sign in dash check engine.

This could be anything! I left the dealer tech game in '97,and hadn't had a check engine light in a long time. All the vehicles I have on the road right now are OBD II,so a code scanner is pretty much necessary to work on these.Harbor Freight tools has a Cen-Tech scanner for 50 bucks. It aint fancy, but it does read and clear codes(the book of codes it comes with only lists engine codes, but I have found it will read trans codes on my Chrysler products also)For 50 bucks,it'll pay for itself in 1 use(it's probably close to 100 bucks for a "diagnostic trouble check" at any shop)

The freeze plug has gone bad, behind the power steering pump. and need help getting the big bracket and or pully off to solve problem.

In order to get to the big bracket you need to remove the P/S pump..To get the pump off you need to remove the pulley to get to the bolts..There is a special pulley puller/installer that you can either rent from an auto parts store or purchase from a tool supply store like Harbor Freight. I have the set from harbor Freight and it only cost about $15.00

Replaced the compressor on my 2001 suburban and the lines keep freezing up disconnected the battery poles and relay switch and it worked fine now it is still freezing what is the problem

If you did not pull a vacuum on the system, then moisture will freeze in the metering device and cause freeze up. All systems once opened must be evacuated before recharging. Harbor freight sells a neat little vacuum pump for doing this as well as
gauges. You may also be able to rent them at the parts store. Hope this helps.
