Clear lines or check for damaged lines
Hi. There is a clog somewhere. Pull the hose at the pump and activate the washer pump. Does the washer fluid flow? If the pump is activating and working. Most likely there is a broken hose somewhere between the pump and nozzles.
Maybe is time to add washer fluid?
With this problem it could be a few different things. first remove the hoses check to see if they are clogged or if there is any holes, 2nd if they are ok check the windshield pump as if you test to see if it is getting power also make sure you check the fuses for the windshield washer. I am not going to tell you to make sure you have fluid in the reserve tank because I am sure you do. Right? if the washer pump is not working but the electrical is than replace the pump.
Get someone to use the washer jet while you listen by the washer bottle. If you can't hear the noise of the pump working, it has more than likely failed. There is a possibility the washer switch has failed. A test light on the washer pump plug will tell if the washer pump circuit is working. Hook up the light and press the washer pump switch and it should light up. If both the washer pump and switch appear to be working, the jets are clogged and/or you have a split line (obvious due to water leaking from somewhere) A tip - don't use additives and use rain or distilled water. Detergents can attack rubber seals and tap water can cause scale to build up (plus it will leave water spots)

There are a number of different issues that could cause this.
-The circuit for the wiper should be the same as the washer; same fuse. -I'd suggest trying to run the washer while the hood is open and the engine off. If it runs, you should hear a dull whine.(a 2nd person might be of use to help look and listen)...(find the pump by following the hoses from the wipers to a unit mounted close to the dashboard in the engine compartment)
-If it runs, check to see if any fluid is coming from a hose that might have become disconnected.
-If
the pump runs, and if you see no fluid coming from anywhere, and if you
can reach the hose connected to the washer pump, pull that hose off the
pump. Try running the pump again to see if anything comes out in a good
stream.
-If the pump doesn't run at all, check to make sure the connector hasn't come loose.
-If
the pump still doesn't run, check to see if you have 12 volts at the
connector at the pump. A simple check can be done with an auto bulb
connected to the plug at the motor while the pump switch is pushed.
-If
you have power at that point, you likely need to replace the pump and motor.(depending upon the age of vehicle & your mechanical abilities...a call to a local wrecking yard is suggested ..atleast to compare the cost vs. new)
hope that helps
SOURCE: Windshield washer not working properly
If you have used ANYTHING beside windshield solvent in you reservor, you may have created WAXING from soap in the bottom of washer tank, which clogs pump, lines, and nozzel....take the tank out and wash it..disconnect washer hoses at nozzel and clear with compressed air along with the nozzel...if you use solvent only you may have a worn washer pump or restriction...check those and good luck.....
SOURCE: I have a 2005 Chevy Equinox and my windshield
u will need to pull the washer fluid tank out and check to see if the tank motor that pumps the fluid is getting 12 volts when the washer switch is pushed, if it is the pump will need to be replaced, if it isn't then the washer switch is defective, this switch is part of the turn signal switch.
SOURCE: I have a 2007 Chevy Equinox needing a transmission flush
It is best to flush the fluid this gets the fluid out of the torque converter. This transmission uses special fluid tpye t-Iv gm # 88900925 do not use dexron fluid in this transmission.
