Where is the reset fuel switch on the 2004 volvo s60located

Sounds like fuel issue. Might sound silly, but check fuel level in tank first. If there is fuel, then fuses. Not sure if Volvo has a separate fuse for fuel pump, but worth to check. Is all electrics working ok?

Crankshaft sensor on the transmission is faulty

pump is in the tank.. also check the fuel filter too..

you need a technician with a diagnostic tool.. The thing about these cars is every time you do something you need to reset the counter on the cars computer.. This can only be done with a diagnostic tool

If it has a metal fuel tank it doesn't have an external fuel filter per Volvo dealer

press and hold button below speedo immediately switch ignition on Keep button depressed until service message has been reset release reset button within 4 seconds there will be an audible signal when reset complete if reset button is not released within 4 seconds then the service interval indicator will not be reset.
