1999. Where does the white vacuum supply line connect?

Just a guess, but it should be similar to Dakotas. Look for a tee near the vacuum line going to the power brake booster. On the Dakotas, this tee also connects to another line going to the vacuum reservoir which is behind the firewall in the plenum below the wipers.

If you declare a ball lost and return to the tee but you ball is found before you make another stroke, can you play the original ball?

I don't think so. However, it might depend on what type of competition you're playing. Otherwise once it's been declared "lost" then you're obliged to play another ball and take the stroke and distance penalty. You can pick the "lost" ball up for later use.

Where does the hose. top-front of carb connect to ?

It probably broke off from a Tee fitting. Three hoses connect at one junction point. After it breaks off, you will only see two hoses that look like a single hose, but with a plastic connector holding them together. Also at that junction point, you will have a hole in the plastic connector, where the hose that came off the carb belongs. This broken Tee fitting creates a vacuum leak. Purchase a new Tee fitting, disconnect the old part, then install the new one.

I have a hose on the leftside of compartment, in front of fire wall, 6" piece that comes off of tee.97 bravada

Did not get the complete message, but I am thinking that the hose is loose, not attached to anything. There should be another tee fitting to hook it too, or look for a vacuum reservoir shaped like a ball. It may have come loose from there. The ball is usually attached to the left side of the hood.

I have a 89 seville it blows cold air but not hot air and i put a new radiotor in and still nothin and the antifreeze backs up into the overflow tank wut can it be but when i start it and dont druve it it...

You need to get the engine full of water. There is a tee connector at the back of the engine and one of the hoses goes down into the intake manifold. While car is cool remove hose from that tee and add coolant or water into it until it runs out of the tee. If this does not work you may need to check the air temperatur door lever under the glove box. You can remove box to see it.
